A tumor is a mass of abnormal tissue. There are two types of breast tumor that are those that are non-cancerous or benign and those that are cancerous which are malignant. It is more likely to maintain healthy weight and have little or no excess fat compared to people who do not exercise. Other than that, fat cells make estrogen and extra fat cells make extra estrogen. Besides, when the breast cell is exposed to extra estrogen over time, the risk of developing breast tumor is higher.

• Smoking

Smoking causes a number of diseases and is linked to a higher risk of breast tumor in younger, premenopausal women. They may be linked between very heavy second-hand smoke exposure and breast tumor risk in postmenopausal women.
